Shipping

Every LUXE order is prepared in our Paris atelier and shipped with insured, tracked delivery.

Preparation

Orders are confirmed personally on WhatsApp and then prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Each piece is inspected, polished and gift-wrapped before it leaves the atelier.

Delivery times

France: 1 to 3 business days. European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days. Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

Costs

Shipping is complimentary on every order. Duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.
