Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If it is not right, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.

Conditions

Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging and accompanied by the certificate. Engraved, resized or bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. We send you a prepaid, insured return label within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the piece in our atelier.
